Geoff Gwatkin Maps
Home      Research Maps of Herefordshire & Wales
The research maps of Herefordshire take the form of A1 black and white maps drawn to a scale of 6 inches to 1 mile and are largely based on the tithe surveys of the 1840's, where these are not available the enclosure or estate surveys of a similar date are used if possible. These maps show field names, land uses, boundaries and buildings and come with a list of land owners (where available) which can be matched to reference numbers on the maps.

A1 maps are priced at £8.00 each plus:
£2.00 P&P per package for folded maps
£7.00 P&P per package for rolled maps
£7.00 P&P per package outside Europe
